How do I select the right size?
We follow standard European sizes. In case you’re not sure of what size to select, you may measure your foot in cms and refer to our size guide. If you are a size in between, for eg 38.5, we suggest you to opt for a size up, i.e. 39 and add a rubber insole in it for a better fit.
How do I clean the shoes if they get dirty?
You can clean the shoes with a brush and soapy water and leave them out to dry in the sun. In case of tough stains, the shoes can be dry-cleaned using white petrol. For more details on caring for your product you may refer to our Caring For Your Product
Can I exchange my product for another one?
Yes! We offer free exchanges across India. You can send us an email mentioning your order number,reason for exchange and what you would like instead. We will then schedule a reverse pickup. Once we receive your product, we will dispatch your exchange pair. For more information on exchanges, you may refer to our returns and exchange guide
Can I return the product and get a full refund?
We do not take returns or offer refunds. However, we can offer you a credit note which can be redeemed within 90 days.
Can you customize shoes to match my outfit?
Yes, Juttis, most definitely! If you like one of our existing designs but want to change the base color, it can be done at an additional charge of Rs 500 over and above the MRP. We do not offer COD on custom made shoes. They will have to be fully paid for in advance and cannot be exchanged for another pair or returned for store credits. Will the shoes open up once I wear them?
Yes! Our juttis are meant to be snug fit, they will open up slightly within a few hours of wearing and will take the shape of your foot. The sneakies and men shoes are true to size and will not expand.
I don’t live in India; how do I exchange my shoes?
You can send us an email mentioning your order number, reason for exchange and what you would like instead. You will then be required to send the product back to our warehouse through any international courier. Address : Coral Haze, D-42, 4th floor, Chattarpur Enclave Phase 1, New Delhi -110074, India. Ph: +91 7827390499 Once we receive your product, we will dispatch your exchange pair. The shipping charges for the exchange will have to be borne by you.

Can you send my order as a gift with a personalized note?
Yes! You may send us your text via email mentioning your order number and we will be happy to gift wrap your box and add a personalized card to it free of charge !
How long does delivery take?
We take 7 days to get your order ready for dispatch. Once it is sent out, delivery within India usually takes 3-4 business days and for international orders it can take up to 5-6 business days.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we will send you an email with the tracking details which can be used to track the whereabouts of your package.
I can’t find my size in your available options; can you customize a smaller/bigger size for me?
