Description
Gul is a homage to the majestic Gulmohar Tree. Set on a nude silk base, the upper showcases intricate gold embroidery featuring multiple botanical patterns, all inspired by the elements of the tree. The motif that takes centre stage is our rendition of the petals, followed by a web of motifs inspired by the fern-like leaves of the tree, the buds and even the anthers. We've used zardozi and sequin work to give the design a soft, delicate appearance. We've kept the back minimal with just a gold fringe lace highlighting the neckline.
